Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may also provide a phone number and project type. If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as material preferences, measurements, or delivery details.
Please do not send payment card details, identification documents, or other sensitive information through the website contact form.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond to questions, discuss products, prepare requested quotes, and coordinate requested services. Where an enquiry becomes an order, related information may also be needed to manage that order and meet record-keeping requirements.
An enquiry is not a request to receive marketing emails. We seek any consent required before using your information for a new purpose.
Website & service providers
The contact form uses Netlify Forms to process submissions. Enquiry details may be stored by the form service and handled through email services so that we can respond. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from a content delivery network, and a Google Reviews widget supplied by Elfsight. When your browser connects to these services, their providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page requested. Providers may process information outside Canada, where different laws may apply.

Retention & security
We retain enquiry and customer information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling follow-up requests and meeting applicable legal obligations. Retention may differ between enquiry, order, and service-provider records.
No website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you need to discuss a more suitable way to share sensitive project information.
Your choices & privacy requests
You can ask about the personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. You may also withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions. Some records may need to be retained, and withdrawing information needed for a service may affect our ability to provide it.
